Born and raised on the sands of Oxnard’s beaches and the docks of Channel Islands Harbor, I’ve been fortunate to call this special coastal community home for my entire life. What started as an upbringing filled with surfing at The Strand and fishing the local islands has now become a lifelong commitment to helping others discover the same beachside lifestyle I was lucky enough to grow up with.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade serving as a Firefighter and Paramedic in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. That career taught me the value of trust, communication, and staying calm under pressure, skills that continue to serve me every day as a real estate professional. In 2013, I followed in the footsteps of my mom, Lei, a successful real estate broker here in Hollywood Beach, and dove headfirst into the industry. I haven’t looked back since.

I’m incredibly passionate about this business. My strength lies in marketing, strategic networking, and strong, honest negotiation. I don’t just want to list homes, I want to position them to stand out, create buzz, and attract serious buyers. That’s why I’ve built a reputation for high-quality marketing, thoughtful pricing strategy, and responsive client service.

My wife Nicole and I are now raising our two young boys just blocks from where I grew up. We’re teaching them to love the ocean, the community, and the easygoing, tight-knit spirit of harbor life. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out fishing the Channel Islands or sneaking in a round of golf at one of our local courses.

Giving back is a big part of who I am. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for The Young and Brave Foundation, a grassroots nonprofit supporting kids and young adults fighting cancer right here in our community.
